Does your business have a written plan in place for getting back to business once states start reopening after COVID-19 related stay at home orders are lifted?  Many states, including Minnesota, require businesses have a written return to work policy before bringing employees back to work.  Not only do these policies specify the safety protocol that employers will implement for keeping workplaces clean and employees safe, but they communicate critical information to employees about their own measures they can implement to avoid exposure on the jobsite.  For more information on how employers can ensure a safe return to work, check out our blog written by attorney Brittany Nicholls.
