8/23/2021 UPDATE: The EEOC has once again extended the deadline until October 25, 2021.
On June 28, 2021, the EEOC announced that the deadline for eligible employers to file 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 Data to August 23, 2021. The reason for the change is due to the extra work put on employers’ shoulders to pull together two years of data, as well as the complexity of the ongoing pandemic changes.
