“Re-Opening Tickets”

This week’s Tip of the Week is less about the law, but more about our processes at myHRcounsel. If you thought your issue was complete, but weeks later something has changed? Instead of opening a new ticket in our Ask an Attorney Portal, you can simply re-open your closed ticket! This way, our attorneys will have all of the relevant information from the start, and we’ll be able to advise you even faster. To re-open a ticket, login to our portal at: https://ask.myhrcounsel.com/login, click on “Ask an Attorney” on the left side of the page, click on “Closed Tickets,” then select the relevant ticket. Once selected, you can click a blue “Re-Open Ticket” button, and it will be re-opened. Contact us at: info@myhrcounsel.com for more information.
