Up to $26,000 per employee credits are STILL available under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021!
$26,000 per employee tax credit still available for most businesses!
We are hearing from many clients that the Employee Retention Credit (“ERC”) is:
- No longer available
- Doesn’t apply to our business
- Isn’t worth it
- We received a PPP loan, so we don’t qualify for the ERC
Wrong! Dozens of our clients have received their checks for their employee retention credit over the past 2-4 weeks, and its substantial money!
If you have not applied for the ERC, you still have time! If your business receipts dropped 50% in 2020 compared to 2019, or droped just 20% in 2021 compared to 2019, you are likely entitled to a $5,000 per employee credit for 2020, and better yet, if your business receipts dropped just 20% in 2021 when comparing 2019, you are likely entitled to $7,000 per employee per quarter (for a total of $21,000 per employee for the year of 2021!!)
myHRcounsel is offering its clients a no cost review of whether your business qualifies, and if it does, we will file all the tax returns for your business, for just a 15% contingent fee (versus the 25-30% contingent fee that most payroll companies, CPA’s and other professional firms are charging).
Do not let this significant relief program expire before you at least check to see if you qualify!
