Supreme Court Blocks OSHA Vaccine/Test Mandate ETS

In an announcement on Thursday January 13th, the Supreme Court blocked the OSHA ETS which required employers with 100 or more employees to require COVID-19 vaccinations or a negative test/masking. The vote was 6-3 in favor of blocking the ETS. In a separate ruling, the Supreme Court upheld the Biden Administration mandate for health care providers that take Medicare or Medicaid payments from patients.

While the OSHA ETS has been overturned, we will continue to track local and state mandates, which may effect your workplace.
