If your company is an ASK HR/ASK Pro subscriber, please review this week’s Tip of the Week for critical information about using the Ask an Attorney portal. In order to receive the highest level of service from our team of attorneys, we ask that all questions be posed to our attorneys by opening a ticket in the Ask an Attorney portal. If you are unfamiliar with how the portal works, please review our tutorial here. When you ask a question of our attorneys, the attorney will close the ticket after providing a response. This does not mean that the attorney will not continue working on that particular legal issue with you. If you have additional questions or need clarification, simply reopen the ticket. This can be done by navigating to the closed ticket and clicking on the blue “ReOpen Ticket” button. This will move the closed ticket back to the Open Tickets folder and notify the attorney that more assistance is needed. If you encounter technical issues with the Ask an Attorney portal or have a question about how to use it, reach out to email@example.com for assistance.
