Workplace Posters for Remote Workers

Your workforce may look different from how it did back in 2019, and you may now have remote or hybrid workers, in addition to workers at your worksite. Employers have been required to post a number of posters in the workplace including: federal minimum wage, “Job Safety and Health: It’s the Law,” and “Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law.” Did you know that employers are also required to make these posters as well as the other federal and state workplace posters accessible for your remote/hybrid employees?

In most cases, electronic posting supplements physical posting but does not itself fulfill the employer’s basic obligation to physically post the required information in its workplaces.  In some situations (e.g., for employees who telework and do not visit the employer’s workplace on a regular basis), it may be required in addition to physical posting.

For help in complying with the posting of employment notices, we have simplified it for you through a great partnership we have. We highly encourage our clients to subscribe to our partners “ePosterService for Remote Employees.  It’s a great service with no contracts and a $25,000 guarantee!
