August 14 Tip of the Week

Do I really need Multifactor Authentication(MFA) when I reset my passwords often?”

YES!  Passwords alone can be easily compromised, guessed, or stolen through phishing, brute force attacks, or data breaches. By implementing 2FA/MFA, even if an attacker manages to obtain or guess a user’s password, they would still need access to the additional authentication factor (such as a unique code or biometric verification) to gain unauthorized access. This significantly increases the security of user accounts.
