NLRB Joint Employer Rule Delayed Again

On Thursday February 22, U.S. District Court Judge J. Campbell Barker issued a brief order which will delay the effective date of the NLRB’s joint-employer rule by 2 weeks. The rule was set to take effect on Monday February 26th, which will now be effective on March 11th. This is now the second delay in the effective date, as it was originally set to take effect on December 26, 2023.
